Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or change of mind once the fabric has been cut and sent, in the unlikely event that the fabric you have received is faulty or incorrect from what you have ordered, we will either replace the fabric at no charge or if the fabric is no longer available we will refund the fabric cost.

To be eligible for a return/refund, claims must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase and the fabric must be in its original condition. Refund Process (if applicable)

To return your product, please mail the product back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you in person, via email or phone that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items of high value please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
